Neighborhood Watch Potluck

A special thank you to the Summersville Neighborhood Watch for sponsoring the potluck. The food was terrific, and it was nice to meet with the other groups. Mayor Chesley, Sheriff Mulch, Officer Gilbert, and the police chaplain greeted the groups. I counted about 5 people there to represent Woodglen Acres. Maybe next year we can have more in attendance! :)

VEHICLE KEY FOUND

I found a vehicle key attached to a remote on the sidewalk in front of my house on Sassafras on the morning of Saturday, 11-21-09. I believe that it was lost by someone who was walking down the sidewalk before dawn or Friday evening. I could not find anybody walking around the neighborhood looking for a key, so I contacted the Police Department and turned it in to them. To claim the key, contact the MVPD via the non-emergency phone number at 242-2727.
